Shipping policy

Each Old Cabin Trail piece is made to order just for you — that’s how we keep waste low and quality high. Because of this, we don’t keep extra inventory sitting around, but we do keep our policies fair and simple.

Shipping

  • Processing time: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days once printed. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way. *Peak holiday season may take longer.

  • Delivery time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

  • Made-to-order items: Every product is freshly printed after your order, so delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Shipping fees: Orders over $75 ship free within the U.S. Orders under $75 will see standard carrier rates at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes things don’t fit quite right or you just change your mind. Here’s how we handle it:

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Exchanges: Your first size or color exchange is on us. We’ll cover shipping both ways.

  • Returns for Refund or Credit:

    • If you’d like a refund, you’ll just cover the return shipping label (we’ll provide it to make things easy).

    • If you choose store credit, we’ll cover the return shipping — because we’d love for you to find something that fits better.

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance, limited-edition drops, and any discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Damaged or Wrong Item: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days with photos, and we’ll make it right fast.

A Note on Sustainability

Old Cabin Trail isn’t a big-box brand with a warehouse full of returns. Every reprint costs us time, material, and another full production run — but we still do our best to take care of our customers. When you shop with us, you’re helping support a small business that’s building things the honest way.
