Each Old Cabin Trail piece is made to order, so we keep our policy simple and fair. Exchanges are easy within 14 days, your first size or color swap is on us. If you need to make a return, the process is straightforward: ship the item back in original condition, and we’ll issue a quick refund or store credit (your choice). Final sale and clearance items aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
